We use PMRA (Health Canada Pest Management Regulatory Agency) regulated products, also governed for use by the province of Ontario, for our synthetic treatments. We also offer an organic treatment, in the form of a garlic spray, for more sensitive areas as you may require (around ponds, vegetable gardens, flowering shrubs and flowers so not to harm aquatic life and pollinators).All products are deemed safe where guidelines are followed, allowing spray treatments to dry for up to 1 hour after application or until dry.
For your first spray, our treatment is 80-90% effective in eradicating ticks and mosquitos. Please keep in mind that treatments are cumulative and your yard will become more Sucker Free with each treatment.
Nature is unpredictable. If you are on a seasonal contract and have a mosquito bloom or see ticks in between treatments, give us a call and we will come evaluate and retreat your space, if necessary, at no additional cost to you. Remember, when we spray, we kill 80-90% of the ticks and mosquitos. That means if you started with 1000 mosquitos you could still have 100 buzzing around.
Our products generally dry within about 30 minutes to an hour after spraying, weather permitting. Once the product has completely dried, it is safe for your kids and pets to enjoy outside.
We won't spray your vegetable garden unless you ask us to. However, our organic garlic treatment is naturally derived and can be safely applied to your vegetable garden.
The synthetic treatment eliminates mosquitos, using insecticides approved by PMRA and Ontario's MECP, cumulatively dwindling mosquito populations with each successive treatment. The organic treatment uses a natural garlic based formula to tackle your mosquito issues. However, this treatment will not eliminate mosquitos, like the synthetic formula, and will only repel them.
You'll be able to smell a non-intrusive botanical fragrance following the application, that will dissipate soon after.
No, we do not require that you be home for the treatment. As long as your gate is unlocked and your pets are inside, our technicians can treat your space.
Upon completion of a treatment, the technician will leave a notice on the lawn, in the form of a small sign, notifying you and others that the property was sprayed.Also, you will receive notification through our client management service, beforeand after treatments.
As long as your yard has had adequate time to dry after the application of your treatment, rain should not impact the effectiveness of your service. We do our best to try to schedule your treatments around the weather, so that you get the most out of our services. However, our Sucker Free Guarantee ensures that if you are not completely satisfied with the effectiveness of our treatment, contact us within 14 days of your service and we will schedule a time to reassess your property and provide a booster application at no additional cost, if needed.
Yes. We have short treatment and special event spraying available for everything from a small birthday space to wedding reception venues. Event treatments are provided prior to your event and will remain effective even if it rains.
